From Passion to Personalized Fluency
Habla360 grew out of decades of dedicated work helping people connect through language. After teaching both English and Spanish in schools, universities, and international programs—including the Fulbright Commission and the U.S. Peace Corps—I realized that my deepest passion was helping English speakers confidently master Spanish.
Because I’ve taught both languages extensively, I understand the subtle grammar challenges and thought patterns that often confuse learners. This insight allows me to explain Spanish in a way that feels logical, clear, and natural to English speakers. Over the years, I’ve developed a mindful, culturally rich teaching style that blends linguistics, neuroscience, and real-world communication.

While my academic path led me to study neuropsychology and education, my approach to language was shaped not only in classrooms, but also through immersive, real-world experiences where language became a bridge—never a barrier.
Beyond my work in higher education and professional training, I have had the opportunity to work in deeply immersive contexts, including time spent in the Amazon rainforest, where communication often depended on navigating meaning with limited shared language.
